Our family really enjoyed themselves. The property is located perfectly, on a beautiful tree-lined street. walking distance to the Williams Bay business area, the beach, the observatory, etc. but still just the right distance that you have some personal privacy and a quiet, nice neighborhood, and for us, the location was great when it came to driving the pontoon to both lake geneva and delevan. we just went west and went south to Fontana or north to Delevan. Your backyard provided the space necessary to get up some games for the kids, wonderful. thanks for having us. take care and we will remember you for a stay in the near future. Dean & Deb from Iowa

Williams Bay Beach an easy 10 minute walk down hill.

Yerkes Observatory is the largest refractory telescope in the world. Built in 1892, it is amazing to see. Tours are free, but only on Saturday at 10:00AM, 11:00AM and noon. It is across the street.

The Williams Bay Municipal Pier

This is a typical view from the lake path. You can walk around the lake (22.8 miles) at the shoreline in front of some of the most spectacular property and scenery anywhere.

Kishwaukeetoe is a nature preserve across from the Williams Bay Beach, five minutes away. I love to walk on its trails which are well marked. The picture shows the raised boardwalk that extends over the marsh portion of the preserve.

This is one view of a fairway at George Williams Golf Course. It is located directly across the street. They have a weekday deal at $22 per person including electric cart. I'd be happy to pay that much just to drive the cart.

This is another view of George Williams Golf Course with the sign blowing in the breeze. If you get tired of playing at George Williams and are willing to venture out, say, fifteen minutes away, you can play one of the Geneva National courses, the Gary Player, the Arnold Palmer and the Lee Trevino. I am not a golfer, but the Hunt Club restaurant on the Geneva National property is great and offers half price appetizers in the bar seven days a week.

This is me in the spring with our friendly neighborhood wood spirit. I pat it on the nose for good luck every time I pass it. Does it work? It couldn't hurt.

Winter in Williams Bay may be the best time of year. Everyone thinks of how much fun it is in the summer, but the winter is a magical time in the Geneva Lake area.

I took this picture at the Ice Boat Regatta in Fontana and, yes, the cars are parked in the lake.

This picture was taken at the National Snow Sculpting Championship in Lake Geneva, the first weekend in February each year.

This is a lone ice boat on the lake coming into WIlliams Bay as seen from the lakeshore path at Cedar Point.

In the foreground is motorcycle racing on the ice thanks to steel nuts in the tires. In the backgound, is, of all things, a wind surfer on ice in Williams Bay near where the Municipal Pier sits in the summer.

Once again on the lake path, except in winter this time.
